They should bring back hanging. If it doesn't break the criminal's neck someone can give his legs a good yank and that will do it.

2 in the back of the head.
or do what they do during a partial birth abortion. Insert scissors through the base of the skull and keep snipping. We are told that isn't cruel to do a fetus, it shouldn't be too cruel to do to a murderer.

I am not against the Death Penalty per say, but i think it should be used only in EXTREME cases of GUILT. Where the perp confesses and or there is overwhelming eye witness testimony... (think Jack Ruby killing Oswald)...

This case here is an example of injustice to the extreme. Until we are guaranteed that instances like this can NEVER Happen, the Death Penalty should be abolished:

One is TOO MANY and unfortunately, there have been way more than just 1. Too many prosecutors are more concerned with advancing their political careers than they are TRUE Justice...

Execution? That's funny. The State is merely euthanizing these murderers.

Even admissions of guilt are not reliable. See Central Park Five.

Murdering people is wrong. Some people need and deserve killing, society is better off without them.

Executing a murderer is wrong but you're Ok with killing someone over property?

Potato, potahto. State sanctioned cessation of life is hypocritical.

I find it impossible to muster any sympathy for an executed murderer who 22 years ago beat an innocent store clerk and new father into submission and then shot him execution style in the head. I'm just sorry this creature was allowed to breathe for the preceding 22 years.
