Does anybody know the dates when the Obama Administration started seriously following Trump??

Was it before anybody knew that he would be the Republican nominee??

IF I was on the Congressional committee's I would look for records of tapping other Republican candidates as well as Bernie Sanders.

NOW that would be a real smoking gun!!

I heard it started in July. Then again, Snowden exposed illegal surveillance of Americans and Internationally in June of 2014. Obama made comments that Snowden should have reported it to the very agency that was surveilling. Obviously Snowden knew better. So who really knows when it started.

And it was Andrea Mitchell that mentioned the Flynn leak. Rice said she didn't leak it, but she did not deny the leak took place.

Susan Rice here self. She logged in and looked at specific information. It was not foreign people either or the string would have not just been people connected to Trump. There would have been strings of material related to foreign individuals, that Trump people just got caught up in. The strings are on Americans.
It is not a free for all once in. You are traced to know what you got. If not, anyone could spy in on anyone without oversight, which is a 4th amendment violation.
