Some people just inhale these pizzagate stories.

Experts Say Susan Rice Had Every Right To Request

Susan Rice asked for "unmasking" for national security, source says - CBS News

So she can ask for unmasking - and sorry but do I think that Obama and his co-horts did everything by the book and according to law - WE KNOW THEY DIDN"T
The (D)'s believing that keeping the White House being a National security issue does not cut it.

The sad part is the (R)'s will do nothing to curtail this abuse.

You quoted from an NBC article saying the NSA makes that decision... what was Susan Rice's position? She was head of the NSA.
No, she wasn't .

Admiral Michael S. "Mike" Rogers was the head of NSA.

Her position was staff position NOT confirmed by the Senate, and it comes with limited authority.

Susan Rice was not "head of the NSA". She held a staff position in Obama's White House (not requiring confirmation) as his National Security Advisor (formally known as "Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs")

What Susan Rice did was perfectly legal. She has the clearance and it's within the scope of her office and her duties.

Here's what Trumpsters don't seem to get: the ONLY reason Trump and his inner circle got caught in incidental collection is because of who they associate with. If you don't pal around with Russian spies, mafia figures, have servers connected to Russian banks, or launder money from overseas, then you don't get caught in the incidental web. There would be nothing to unmask.

I have no doubt the minute Trump picked Manafort as campaign manager all sorts of red flags popped up in multiple intelligence agencies. The only person Trump has to blame is himself for hanging out and doing questionable deals with questionable people.

CNN tried to bait McCain to debunk to Susan Rice story... he didn't bite.

CNN GOES ON RAMPAGE AGAINST SUSAN RICE BOMBSHELL, INSTRUCTS VIEWERS TO IGNORE STORY

CAMEROTA: “Okay, senator, I want to move on to other news of the day and that is, as you know, the Trump White House has talked about what they see or they say they see as a controversy of the former national security adviser Susan Rice unmasking a name, someone on team Trump, that was somehow caught up in some incidental collection of surveillance. They say that this is a controversy, it shows that she has done something wildly out of the bounds of normalcy. Is this business as usual for a national security adviser to ask for a name to be revealed, an American name, if she wants to know more or is this some sort of a controversy?”

McCAIN: “I think the circumstances indicate that there’s a possibility that that request could have been politically motivated. But we need to get to the bottom of it.

Even McCain is not dismissing this.

Someone offered an article from NBC, and it was discredited by someone saying Rices husband works for NBC.

Well, he does not work for NBC. If you want to discredit the information, you'll have to come up with something better than fake news.
