.

Correct. It was kinda OK for her to know, but would need a FISA to do so, or violate an individuals 4th amendment.
Where is this Susan Rice issued FISA?

The government has NO business doing any of this period. For those defending Trump this was all started by Bush and those who supported him and for those on the other side, shame on you.

"Rice didn't and couldn't "order" the unmasking of any American, current and former officials say. The agencies that hold the raw surveillance transcripts — usually the NSA or the FBI — make that decision. It's a process subject to rules and reviewed by lawyers, and it has to be justified by an intelligence purpose.

Rice's role was first discussed by Mike Cernovich, who is also known for promoting a false story that a Washington, D.C. pizza parlor was a nest of pedophiles connected to Hillary Clinton.

You are so much in "defense" mode, you are not aware of what you are posting.

You quoted from an NBC article saying the NSA makes that decision... what was Susan Rice's position? She was head of the NSA. She absolutely had the authority to unmask Americans.

At least the article noted that it had to be justified...

I thought it was ABC News... and that was in the past. I think he is a stay at home dad now, unless something changed.

While the leak thereof that was made by someone with firsthand knowledge of that unmasking.
So we can conclude without doubt that one involved violated the trust for political purposes as it served no other purpose.

Libs need to start considering right vs wrong as well as simply just the Law.
The leak violated the latter as well.

Wow - better get your media buddies together - because these came out just an hour ago and they disagree with your link.

Experts Say Susan Rice Had Every Right To Request

Susan Rice asked for "unmasking" for national security, source says - CBS News

So she can ask for unmasking - and sorry but do I think that Obama and his co-horts did everything by the book and according to law - WE KNOW THEY DIDN"T

It's astonishing watching the MSM cover for Rice and the Obama administration. But there's a whole lot of CYA going on because they knew who the leakers were all along.

The MSM knows optics and they know how terrible this looks for the Obama administration. They spied on Trump for a whole year? Unbelievable.
