She had clearance and "need to know" to sit in on those intel briefings. Briefings. That means the data was already collected. Get it? That does nothing to indicate that Trump Tower, or any of Trump's people were under surveillance.

Actually, she doesn't need a FISA. And we don't know what she did with the information. The logs tell when she asked for redacted information, and from what intel reports. Your logic about who was "targeted" is bizarre, since she wouldn't have known whose names were redacted beforehand.
