Just be patient. Trump is slowly improving his vocabulary and moving up to 3 syllable words. He hasn't gotten to the letter R yet. I hope he makes it before funding for Sesame Street is gone.
Sesame Street is way past it's time. The kids now have SpongeBob.
The argument was the Senate had to approve of any actions like this. Did they approve Libya?
The POTUS is alive and functioning 24/7. The Senate is not. The President must be allowed to take military actions as Commander-in-Chief. The Constitution wouldn't have given the POTUS that job unless the framers intended for actions of this type to proceed.
So what are you babbling about then? It makes no sense to chide Trump for making only a limited attack and claim to be against U.S. involvement in Syria at the same time.
No it doesn't if Donny didn't have a plan beyond lobbing missiles (which he didn't) then he should have done nothing at all. Just makes him look weak to now standby by and do nothing when non chemical attacks continue to kill innocent Syrians.
Also if he is so concerned about Syrians then why institute a ban preventing their refugees(innocent women and children) from entering our country?
Was Iwo Jima unwarranted? Many military actions are pure symbolism and psychology.
Not sure what you are talking about so please explain. Having said that WW11 was a war of necessity and we were all in, so don't see the Syrian comparison which doesn't threaten our national interests, which WWII did?

I bet dollars to donuts you're one lobbying to bring in Syrian refugees to the West.
And what I was talking about was that wars are full of psychological victories such as conquering an unimportant island.
I think for the first time you may be right about something concerning Trump (I guess there is a first time for everything).
I don't think Trump has any interest in, as you said, to "topple and remove Assad", that would be fairly foolish, especially considering that the gas attack was likely a false flag.
I don't know how interested in regime change Obama was, but he was forced into it by powerful people in, and out of the government. These same people are putting a lot of pressure on Trump to continue the regime change that we have been engaged in for the last couple of decades.
BO never engaged in regime change in Syria because he saw the folly of getting into another middle east quagmire and so he stepped back even after his chemical red line. It was the smart thing to do then and smart thing to do now.
However Trump is not smart so who knows how this turns out.

Can't have it both way Trumpies!
America needs to end its "invade the world, invite the world" policy. Trump needs to stand by his promises to do that.

Yes I am but the hypocrite in chief wants to keep innocent Syrian women and children out to appeal to his knuckledragger base. He would rather do symbolical bombing to make himself feel better.
