I view the interference in our elections, and disrupting our society in the manner we know the Russians have been doing to be active warfare. spying is passive. spying is informational, and can often be mutually beneficial. IE "Hey look they're not planning to attack"
Ignoring active measures like this is allowing your enemy to dominate a battlefield. I would literally be ok with responding with force because they are attacking the underpinnings of who we are. And yes I know thats not a widely held opinion.
Well I certainly don't agree with you on the bolded and as you acknowledge, I doubt many would.
First, because I'm quite sure our hands are not clean with regard to many countries and possibly even with Russia.
But, mainly, because I'm sure there are a whole host of counter measures between doing nothing and responding with force.
Unfortunately, it appears the Obama administration/intelligence community was asleep at the wheel as Russia ramped up their interference. I personally don't think it changed the election outcome, but they should have been speaking up/out much sooner than they did imo.
The only suitable response for this and everything else he has done, is to hope the Democratic Congress is getting the firing squad in order; the world as witnessed the biggest act of Treason in America's History.... The Confederacy must be defeated yet again, thus so, it is time for the Democrats to stand up and take action on the National Treason Charge and follow through with the stiffest penalty on the books for Treason.
Rally for the Democrats to get busy and round up all of the Trump Administration.
That should be followed up with Mass Jailing of the Entire Republican System.

The State then Seize's the Trump Assets for the long history of gangster activity under RICO, because of his long history of association with Mobsters, including Russian mobsters, charging Trump as being a "global money washing organization". this is followed up by the IRS charging them with systemic fraud and tax evasion.
in the depths of the dream, Justice in process, rounded up the vast number of very wealthy people backing Trump, and listing them in the front page of every news paper and news website by names.... they too have their assets seized in the global money shuffle game they have been engaged in for decades.
All this is wrapped in the Charge of Treason for their aims to try and Reinstall the Confederacy and promoting aims to set up the Antebellum Human Abuses that are the core element of Antebellum Society.
Then seeing the Entire Republican Party charged with with Aiding and Abetting a corrupt Administration in ongoing subversive activities. This was followed up with charges for the past 8 yrs of obstructing the governance of the United States.
American got this bit of business done... and moved forward and progress as a Democracy.
then came the bust up the big banks, bust up big insurance and bust up big pharmacy and bust up big oil, and dismantle the Military Industrial Complex.

I watch Russian TV, far less biased than CNN or MSNBC. Yes, I trust RT media more than CNN because they've earned that trust and CNN has not.

96% of DC voted with the Demoncraps. I would much rather hang out with Putin's boys than the unstable lying DC Demoncraps. Russians are far more grounded and don't lie as a matter of course as our Dims do,
The fourth estate is not above criticism. Free speech in fact includes being able to criticize the press. Since most of the press has a left wing bias you better expect that bias to be highlighted by the right.
Having said all that this is politically stupid. Meeting the Russians right now at all is not real bright.
This mantra -- msm isn't fair. When they show a speech, press hearing, etc...we HEAR and SEE -- we don't need the media to tell us what we HEAR and SEE.
You all seem to think we are back to the days of radio and newspaper only where we only knew what we were told. Now we see it all and hear it as it happens. We have acccess to a million perspectives on the same story online and even sometimes on TV...
and you will continue to suggest the mainstream media challenging the administration are misleading us...with WHAT....We hear and see it.
