They broke up because Richard Wright died.

Splitting hairs -- citing facts instead of emotional rhetoric......ahhhh

Look -- an artist is an artist is an artist. You take their art as they present it -- or don't. If you don't that's on you not them.

You have to be aware of what you are going to see. The fact some here assume that going to see an artist whose art is music is only going to see them play music for two hours and the artist not be able to say whatever the artist wants....meh -- that's on you kids.

Pay the money, enjoy the music, ignore the dialogue or don't go.

As someone earlier posted, their fear that Streisand might talk about politics kept them from going to see her live. These people know how it works.

You don't want Trump jokes -- Gene Simmons, Ted Nugent, Trace Adkins, Wayne Newton, Aaron Carter, Loretta Lynn, Young Dro,

Good variety to please a bunch of tastes.

There was no hair splitting. Don't post bogus info and you don't have to be corrected.

No, I do not want any artist endlessly babbling about any politician. I do not like Trump and seeing Roger should be an opportunity to escape for a few hours.

Not to mention his "views" come off as incoherent claptrap rather than objective criticisms.

But once again, the market decides.

ummmmmm, if you are going to a Roger Waters concert, and don't expect some angle on current politics, you're gonna have a bad time.

It's not like he hasn't been out spoken before this show, hios series in Mexico was pretty straight forward, the crowd of over 200K people seemed to quite enjoy it as well:

I'm a musician, I love PF. Gilmour is one of the best rock guitarists ever. I don't lean left, I voted for Trump because no alternative seemed better. I go easy on musicians who lean left usually , the music means more that I'll let it go. However don't go into political rants at concerts, stick to the music.

My former band mate went on a far right politics trip, I can't be on the phone with him for 5 minutes without him turning the conversation political. I actually agree with some of his thoughts, but I can't deal with on going rant and raving about it. So I avoid conversations with him now mostly.

Fact is, when you listen to only one side, you get brain washed. I don't want to hear political rants from the left of Waters, or the right from my friend. Lets just BBQ and jam some music instead.

No, Roger Waters is blatantly a Jew Hater. He does it without music and crates ton's of propaganda. He attacks other musicians publicly for not following his stance.
