this thread is not about letting it fail. It is about a POTUS who is in breach of oath. Trump took an oath that requires he carry out the laws in good faith. Trying to impede ACA is a direct and obvious breach of his oath.

Trump is an oath breaker. his list of offenses against the people and the state grow longer by the week.

Yeah, heaven forbid Mitch gets heat and called out for having and doing NOTHING for the last 7 years all the while yapping about repealing it.
Same with the rest of those b00bs that run the country.

Funny you standing up for good old Mitch...

This is no surprise, insurance companies and independent organizations have already stated the same, Trump has helped to escalate premiums for 2018 and drive insurers out of the market place.

Quote:
Actions by the Trump administration are triggering double-digit premium increases on individual health insurance policies purchased by many people, according to a nonpartisan study.
The analysis released Thursday by the Kaiser Family Foundation found that mixed signals from President Donald Trump have created uncertainty "far outside the norm" and led insurers to seek higher premium increases for 2018 than would otherwise have been the case.

Study says Trump moves trigger health premium jumps for 2018 - ABC News

Work requirements on Medicaid recipients? Again, a good thing for those physically capable of working (link, BTW, to where this is done).

Not advertising? Good, why should we be wasting money on advertising instead of providing health care?
Amen.

ACA has been failing for years.

I applaud these moves.

He isn't "trying to impede" it. He is doing the job of the executive branch and following the law as written. The fact that it is a badly flawed law, written by people that had no clue about what they were doing and is failing....was happening with or without him.

Unlike, say-Obama-who refused to do the job of the executive branch as far as enforcing laws he didn't like.

So when he refuses to make a decision on the subsidies, or takes away the penalties and advertising is he still enforcing the laws.
