I said, i don't have the answer.

But I stand by my post. Government isn't the answer. ACA has done nothing for me. And I now fit the pre existing condition standard, and since my ability to work at the same pace I had is severely diminished, i will be headed for one of those remote areas to live affordably. Maybe pick up a part time job at minimum wage, so I can "qualify" for something.

ACA will still do nothing for me.

None of that should be construed to mean I want to see others lose their coverage, nor pay for mine.

I agree it is a lemon but you are not getting single payer with the current mindset that abounds in 30+% of the population and Fox News and talk radio catering to it...that the Pre ACA system is better than single payer because single payer is "government tyranny" and "socialism". We have a hard right ideology than any government program catered towards the collective good is evil. The insurance companies only have to put out some commercials saying you will lose your doctor and millions of Americans will fail to beg the question and fall for the dupe. It happened in the 90's, and it will happen again.

Single payer will never happen if ACA exists.

ACA must die to get more socialized medicine.

Think about it.

Obamacare is like that car that is a lemon. The cost to keep it going far exceeds its value. Cut your loses and Replace it.
But the red idiots on the otherside won't go for it. They would rather have no healthcare than single payer. They are that stupid.

My mistake, I misunderstood you but that is exactly what some people are proposing as an alternative. They believe that if the ACA went away it would make insurers more competitive lowering costs an making health care more affordable for those at the bottom. They seem to bank a lot on HSA's and tax deductions as a replacement.

They're proposing a bill that will not only cause people to lose coverage entirely but will increase premiums by 20% and lower coverage for those who do pay for insurance.
Let liberals fix their broken abortion.

Otherwise republicans should concentrate on full repeal.

Now, as predicted, this Democratic boondoggle has failed and is circling the drain. And now, Dems blame the Republicans for not "fixing" the mess they dumped on them.

Fixing the disaster Dems made of health care will be far harder than fixing the recession Bush left Obama.
What did R's propose to salvage the ACA? If I recall, Cruz started the repeal effort as soon as the ACA was passed. A straight out repeal is not an attempt to salvage. It was political grandstanding given it was certain Obama would veto it.

I just hope that millions of the people who voted for Trump will wake up and realize Donald is a scumbag when he lets Obamacare die and they lose their health coverage.

Trumpers keep saying that Trump is "fighting for his supporters" yet MILLIONS of people (to include many Trump voters) would be without healthcare if Trump lets Obamacare die like he says he will.

How is that a good thing?!
