People call countries like Venezuela socialist, Does this sound like socialist?

Now, Goldman Sachs’ decision to snap up $2.8 billion worth of Pdvsa bonds maturing in 2022, at a 70 percent discount to the market price, has struck a nerve.
They are betting that the government will use its dwindling supply of dollars to pay bondholders instead of importing food and medicine for its people.

There is no socialist or capitalist, there is only money swindlers who control the economy.

Yeah, damn those students, people with disabilities or illness, disabled vets, soldiers who are on active duty in war zones, senior citizens living on fixed incomes and people who are living below the poverty level. They're all living the high life, right?

It's sad that you are this inhumane.

Oh wait, that means liberals and poor people.

Ah well
Red states are more dependent on the federal government.

It's time to stop these lazy free loaders from getting rich at our expense. Agree?

IMO, The other extreme also has the same situation.

You got scores and scores of lazy masses hogging on food stamps, WIC, subsidized housing, and enjoy a special quota in schools.
They won't have money to buy or afford anything besides Brand new Nike Shoes, and brand name sporting clothes, gold chains, liquor and play lotto etc. They won't have any interest in their kids academics and education.
Most of the rural america is no different either. The small town has a church and a bar, with a few convenience stores that take food stamps and WIC.

We simply keep punishing the hard working tax payer, and we keep rewarding those lazy masses who have found loop holes in it, and are abusing the social welfare system of our country.

You're free to donate all your money to pay for them. Please do so. Put your own money where your mouth is.

And the hard working will be punished ever more if republicans get their way with tax reform.

Think about why that frequently is. Seniors retire in red states from high tax blue states for a warmer climate and lower cost of living. They paid taxes elsewhere, but when it comes time to draw the SS and Medicare for which they've already paid, that's counted against the red states they now call home.

So stop being disingenuous about it. Everyone knows retirees flee blue states in droves.

So how about blue states stop paying for red states. I'm all for that because our taxes are higher to pay for red states.

People on welfare don’t have the money to buy politicians. People on welfare don’t have the power to make you work longer hours for lower pay.

I’d say that the billionaire class, which profits from the labor of everyone else, is a much bigger threat.
