She tried to make it look like his writing, and she claimed he had written it. That's forgery. Besides, his signature appears with the initials, "D.A." after it, which are his assistant's initials. Did she add those initials as well, or how did they get there?
The fact still remains, it doesn't even look like his signature. It's totally different.
It's also been stated that Roy Moore ruled against her in her divorce. Think she had motive to smear him? I think so.
Uhm..... In 2000, when friends of ours were stationed in Alabama with their very headstrong 15 year old, the marriage age in Alabama was 14 and age of consent was 16, with a "I'll marry her" defense if they were over 14 or the parents signed. Was it frowned on by polite society? Yes. Was it illegal? No. So, no, don't assume no one believe it was unacceptable.
This contradicts what you just said at the end of your post. How can it be "frowned upon by polite society" but then not be unacceptable?
