Even if it was true, the email was sent from someone from England -- not Russia. And who is to stop someone from sending anyone an email. I get unsolicited emails every day! Maybe I colluded with Russia! LOL! It proves absolutely nothing even if it was send before it was public information.
THANKS! With such helpful breaking information you should immediately email RMuller@fbi.gov. I am sure he will be very interested in your valuable information.

Lots of people are given acces to stolen data. The very specific quid pro quo would have to be proven. Even then, legal definitions would have to be stretched to say that data is a tangible thing of value the same as money.

But, soldier on. Whatever makes you feel better about having Donald as president for the next 3-8 years.
How is this any more illegal than watching pirated movies online? Besides, maybe the Russians wouldn't have gotten it if Hillary didn't leave servers lying around in barns.....

I agree. Trump's crimes are worse than Watergate and he is treasonous. It's obvious he sold out US foreign policy to Russia in exchange for the help he got from them in the election. There's a reason he picked Paul Manafort to be his campaign manager. And there's a reason he picked Flynn, the double agent.
And which US foreign policy is that? Wiping out ISIS? Not certifying the Iran deal?Getting North Korea in line? Backing Israel? Telling China their version of currency manipulation will no longer be tolerated? All the things that Obama wouldn't do because he is a Globalist pig wasn't treasonous but Trump is? Your way of thinking is delusional.

Well that's several more news media sites added to the "not credible" list.

These media folks are really going out of their way to get the public believing that Trump is a Russian agent in the Oval Office.

It's been a 1.5 years, several investigations and still nothing. It's a wild goose chase perpetrated by the DNC/Clinton after the DNC got hacked.

Russia has been trying to hack our systems for quite some time and previous administrations were quite aware of it.

Two indictments and two guilty pleas say you're wrong. And there's more indictments to come.

I still have not seem a crime, for an independent investigation in the first place.

What crime are we suppose to be investigating here?
Emotional distress for losing a high profile, is not a crime.
Paying Russian to collude in our elections and used as a coup to overturn an elected President, is a crime. While in that attempt, the sitting President violated over 30,000 Americans 4th Amendment, to spy on a Presidential campaign's full communications, is another crime. FACT!

Don't you people who hyperventilated over some "bombshell news" that was false feel foolish now? You should be just as mad about fake news as we are.

A lot of people (including the Washington Post, apparently) are scrutinizing all of these Trump stories but don't you wonder if they are also shoveling sh** at you in non-Trump stories, too?

How hard was it to check out a date against when Wikileaks published their stuff? You or I could have done, that. We're not talking complicated investigative research here.

Plus, what's with all of the other news outlets who just hung on what CNN said and repeated it although they claimed to have checked it out?
