No, Mueller isn't stupid, as I said, he knows he'll never take this case to trial, his indictments could be as fictional as the dossier, we'll never know.

All he has to do is show a connection between any of the indictees and anyone in the Trump campaign, such as Don Jr., which may not be as difficult as you think. If no Americans were indicted along WITH the Russians, there is a solid reason for that.
