The reality is, not much will happen until 2020. Even if Trump goes before then (which is looking more likely every day) we will still have Pence, and he will not do much to get himself booted from the job. So, we will not see a real change until 2020.

The next guy/gal is going to have a lot to do to restore sanity and stability to the WH. These past 400+ days have been the most destructive, dysfunctional in history. Even some of the very worst Presidents we have had have not caused as much turmoil and confusion as the clown now sitting in that seat. The next person is going to have to unite us and actually accomplish some of the things con man Trump promised, but can not fulfill.

It's a mess, and the country is so very divided right now. We are at each other's throats and our views are so very different from one another . It will take a long time to heal the ills brought on by this current idiot.

Then take that next step into totalitarian corporate rule? Those rulers would be far more destructive to the spirit of an individual, than the politicians you seem to despise so much. The corporate masters would act out a Soylent Green nightmare, that would grind-up everyone who got a bit old or infirm and turn them into ration-biscuits. The Final Solution for the Social Security problem! And the runaway industrial pollution would poison us and turn the planet into a giant sauna. What a great pipe-dream you have conjured-up, to bring about our end! You came along about 10,000 years too late, for this plan to work.

Purely hypothetical fearmongering.

Besides, there'd be no corporations without a State.

The OP needs to learn how to think and write concisely.
I've rarely read such a wall of text vomit as an original post on this forum.

The only risk to the health and well being of our democracy is the undermining of the democratic process itself via the undermining of voter agency, which the liberals have chosen to go all in for. Russians indeed...

Democracy was and is never about what is acceptable to the losing side.

Wish in one hand for a Conservative party that is liberal friendly and poop in the other and see what you come up with. The nation doesn't owe you politics that you agree with.

Do you suppose everyone could grow all their own food in their backyards? Without a system to produce and distribute food and essentials to 325 million people, they would have nothing to eat, except each other. The half-life of our population would be about two weeks. Unless the rest of the world was similarly afflicted, our enemies would quickly move in and occupy our territory------and finish-off the remainder of us.

Oh noes! You mean we primitive humans are incapable of developing a system of voluntary exchange without a State showing us how to do it? You mean people didn't freely trade goods before governments were invented?

Once again, hypothetical fearmongering. You have no written, documented proof of your statements except what you hear on Fox News. You have no proof of that happening in an anarchist society. Somalia doesn't count by the way--they have multiple governments, are a failed socialist state, and are in the shape they're in currently largely due to U.S. foreign policy.

And who are these "enemies" of whom you speak? Last I checked no country has declared war on the United States since WWII.

A meaningless charge made out of an emotional urge to contradict what I say, but wthout any foundational proofs to back it up.

Increasing civilization away from historical anarchy has gradually led us away from brutal and short life spans.

See the world's largest continent still in general anarchy: Africa.

The States that exist are still in a state of anarchy, which is most obvious when they are able to be contrasted before and after a European run government was ejected, and where States don't functionally exist you have outright cannibalism.

You also lack a foundational understanding of Left and Right politics, and what defines them. Which almost everyone agrees on correctly, if not sharing a depth understanding of the reasons for the distinction. You will always be unsuccessful at redefining the terms, Leftist gatekeeper.

I can easily show how anarchy is regression. Want to do this?

They also freely savaged one another, the strong enslaved the weak, the strong took from the weak. Yeah we have tried that system. Most people just didn't like it.
