Assuming it was even legal or constitutional, who will pay for such a massive "clean up" effort? Are you willing to see your taxes go up to cover the extraordinary cost this would entail?

Yeah...didn't think so.

Philip Alston, U.N. special rapporteur is just doing it for job security.

Do you suggest we take 40% of your pay check, tax it, and send it off to politicians to “help” the “poor” people like they do in Norway?

Yeah I didn’t think so.

Yeah I didn’t think so.
Why do we have to pay for it? We aren't paying for the wars.

Sometimes I wonder if Trump and his followers are realizing how much they're shooting themselves in the foot. Most of the poorer states are Republican meaning that there's plenty of poor people in these same states. Plus many of these poor are rural voters who voted for Trump in the last election. While the economy is improving, if what the UN report said is true, that means that the poor are not receiving the benefits to the improving economy.

Something for those who are Conservative/support Trump to think about.

They fell behind under Obama also so what exactly are they suppose to be thinking about?

True. But Obama didn't promise them the moon the way Trump did.

Wait, so you don’t like “Scandinavian socialism” anymore? Imagine that.

That can also be said of the illegal aliens that flock to the so called sanctuary cities. If there is a place that will not report you to the Feds, and if you get into trouble the Police will look the other way and that cities leaders will actually step over the homeless citizens to give you a hand then that sounds like a terrific place to hang your hat proudly.

I just think it is wrong and bad policy to help someone that broke the law by being in the country illegally over someone that is down on their luck or struggling with an addiction.

Don't the Dems realize that if the homeless could get back on their feet they might actually vote for the Dems?

So how shall we raise your taxes to build new prisons to put these people?
