True. When I was a boy, my grandfather ALWAYS removed his hat (and he was totally bald) and made me remove my cap if I was wearing one. That was So Texas in the early 70s. It was usually in “family-style” restaurants with a waitress.

Did you even look at the picture of the patio dining? In that shot there is one guy(boy?) wearing a ball cap and one woman wearing a visor(which is close enough to a hat). Apparently the restaurant thinks hats are fine if they show people wearing them in their promotional picture.
In that picture they have a tag that covers much of the kid but the hat can still be seen, and, a quick google search brought up a clear photo - yep, the kid was wearing the hat at the table.

That customer knew what he was doing. They wear these hats for a reaction and to cry how they are getting different treatment. Why would anyone want to wear something to stir the pot? Hear that Melania????

It's funny how clothing triggers the liberals.

The hat is a slap in the face to Canada.

I will post the latest that I know from a friend of the manager in a separate post.
Not a Trump supporter by a longshot, but I don't know how the bold can be. MAGA is Trump's thing. Period. Has nothing to do with Canada.

The last thing we need on this forum is more gossip, btw.

Yes/no. I doubt he was trying to start a riot; just another ignorant Trump supporter.

You can't possibly be serious? Did you read Chevy's post #170? Or are you here to dismiss the Canadian mindset as unimportant in this Canadian story?

Nothing to do with Canada? Trump and his insults to Canada, his lies about Canada and his threats to the Canadian people?

If you think that anything that is just a Trump thing, isn't spilling over your borders, then you are naive.

Canadian tourism has been suffering since 2013 - best to just think of the guy as ignorant if you're so offended and get on with life.

You use an article from 2013?

Tourism is booming overall in Canada.

Another tone deaf American.

This hat is insulting to Canadians, and that includes conservative Canadians as well.

It's more than a mere hat with a logo, it's an insult that has become seen as a dunce cap by the rest of the world.

America has always been a great nation, there has never been any question of that and the American people as well as the rest of the world have always known, always believed that America IS great. Until recently.

So who was it that recently lied and cast doubts into your minds about yourselves and convinced you that America was no longer great? Why did you allow him to make you lose faith in yourselves and your country? Why did you let him make you believe that the mighty has fallen and needs to be made great again? Why did you let him convince you that your allies are your enemies and let him turn you into a friendless nation whose leader can't be trusted?

The whole lot of the hat wearing, logo preaching MAGA group have been duped and manipulated by a deceiver and made to look like fools, and they advertise their foolishness and lack of faith in themselves and their allies by wearing his dunce cap.

For God's sakes, what is the matter with you people, how could you have let yourselves become so used and manipulated by a lying bully of a salesman who treats America and it's people like it's a rusted out used car lot?

What has happened to our American friends?

It's so sad it boggles the mind.

It's just entertaining seeing some lose their minds over clothing. It really is funny. It reminds me of how Keith Obermann used to go nuts on MSNBC. It was pure entertainment.
