I think I remember this case. The two burglars were a teenage a boy and girl who may have burglarized the man before. And this time he was lying in wait. He shot the boy when he entered the residence and waited for the girl to come in to check on her boyfriend, then he shot her too. Shooting the boy might have been justified but not shooting the girl who was unarmed and basically ambushed.

You must hate handicapped people.

Because I have seen handicap people go off on rants if they go to the restroom and someone is taking their stall.

They have it hard enough in life, they don’t needs idiots taking their spot.
what's with using the lazy and archaic handicapped label? very poor taste and demeaning.

He'd probably get away with both if he called 911 right away and didn't record what he did (where he basically talked to himself how he was waiting to kill them). He was clearly insane.

It's curious to me that people are criticizing a verbal exchange, but not a physical assault.

Words are just that. You don't like them? Ignore them. You don't get to assault someone because of what's being said.

Cause if they mention the assault that started it-it messes up their P.C. case.

I still have to laugh thinking about that loser rotting in jail for the rest of his life...wonder if he wishes he would have picked Florida to live in instead...take heed.

That seems to be the reality here. The same posters all the time.

Something has to be wrong with him, thinking that was a good plan that nobody would have a problem with.

correct-he was starting the provocation there. Now had he called the pd, and blocked their escape vehicle in or simply slashed their tires, they would be caught and he would be free.
