2): CNN is able to produce the letter of intent with trump's signature on it.

After all the recent screaming and posturing from Trump and Giuliani, and claiming the letter of intent was never signed, and if it was, Cohen would have been the one to sign it, all of a sudden it pops up with Trump's signature, dated October 28, 2015. This was in effect during the campaign. Another lie comes out in the light.

"Cohen pulled out of the arrangement three months later as the project failed to get off the ground."

How about - yeah, I was thinking about building a tower in Moscow but of course now that I'm running for president; it'll have to wait for 4 to 8 years.

The letter of intent was to "move forward negotiations."

The letter of intent to build a Moscow Tower, were one to ever be issued, would come AFTER successful negotiations.
