Trump does not "lie." The contradictions reflect the impasses he has with himself. Impasses made more difficult no doubt by alternative facts. Remember that one?

lets break it down:

1): giuliani, the POTUS' lawyer, claims there is a letter of intent but "no one signed it".

2): CNN is able to produce the letter of intent with trump's signature on it.

3): giuliani, the POTUS' lawyer, claims he doesn't believe that he claimed nobody signed it and "of coarse" trump signed it.

yep, i'm going with trump signed it.

Then came Comey and Flynn and Mueller (Oh My!), and all of a sudden it came out that there was a proposed tower and Putin was going to receive a $50 million penthouse as a gift for allowing it to be built.

After all the recent screaming and posturing from Trump and Giuliani, and claiming the letter of intent was never signed, and if it was, Cohen would have been the one to sign it, all of a sudden it pops up with Trump's signature, dated October 28, 2015. This was in effect during the campaign. Another lie comes out in the light.

Sure trump signed it, but he’s also a liar. So you never know.

Deals that are almost finished aren't finished deals; many letters of intent end up in the trash can. Per CNN:

"Cohen pulled out of the arrangement three months later as the project failed to get off the ground."

https://www.cnn.com/2017/09/08/polit...cow/index.html

If CNN is right, the project was dead by February 2016, months before the campaign began.

Why all the lies then?

How about - yeah, I was thinking about building a tower in Moscow but of course now that I'm running for president; it'll have to wait for 4 to 8 years.

How hard would that be?

"I have had dealings with them over the years where I sold a house to a very wealthy Russian many years ago. I had the Miss Universe pageant which I owned for quite a while. I had it in Moscow a long time ago, but other than that, I have nothing to do with Russia."

Thread title: "Trump Signed Letter of Intent to Build Moscow Tower"

Nothing of the sort happened.

The letter of intent was to "move forward negotiations."

The letter of intent to build a Moscow Tower, were one to ever be issued, would come AFTER successful negotiations.

May 11, 2018, Trump didn't have business dealings in Russia.
