II. racism needs to be eliminated from society--including, to the extent possible, its subconscious forms that tend to drive certain tendencies that will have unfairly disparate impacts on the basis of race.
The only way to eliminate racism from society is to separate the races into separate societies.
On this forum, no. If a Black person does something stupid, it falls on the shoulders of the entire Black community to look inside, change things, right itself, what mistakes have we made as a community that created this problem??

If by crickets you mean nobody is telling white folks they should be responsible for the dregs in our community, then I agree with you.
Who honestly feels responsible for the worst people in all (or any) of the groups we identify with? The entire concept is off.
That's why you can't have a civil, unbias racial discussion here. I learned that a long time ago. Some posters here just insist on being right and telling minorities and women how they should feel, what their experience is or isn't and why discrimination is justified. It's a pointless cycle on this forum.

It's not because they're poor - Britain has record employment levels and more jobs available than there are people to fill them.
Perhaps they're just too lazy and prefer to steal to fund their lifestyle - either way it brings huge pressure to bear on the majority of honest,decent black people.
