You used that Japanese guy as an example of why you can't escape statism. As I said, you give up easy. Seems like the anti-statists aren't willing to expend much effort to avoid it.
You are consenting to "theft" by remaining a US citizen. Don't want to pay US taxes, you can become stateless.
Actually they won't let you renounce US citizenship unless you have another citizenship, or if they think you're doing it to stop having to pay taxes.
