Your post presents a viewpoint that is horrific towards humans. They are now just a commodity, a means to an end, keep someone pregnant for someone else's purpose under the guise of adoption. It's the same side of the coin as early-trimester abortions.

PS. Ultimate fail moving the goal post, though. You cannot claim abortions are needed because no one will adopt babies, and then in the next breath claim that abortion is needed to prevent adoptions.

A great way to support humanity is to stop trying to control women's reproductive rights. And I, for one, would rather see fetuses being aborted than living children being abused/abandoned/neglected/ending up in the foster care system or with people who only want them for the money they are paid, all because their parents didn't really want them and were forced into parenthood.

Unsettling for sure that people could even think of humans as a commodity for their pro-life agenda by literally trying to change the definition of adoption. It seems a pro-life argument should be able to stand on it's own.

It does, here's the one position clearly spelled out: Killing someone else because you feel like it is wrong.
It's the proabortioners that come up with 40 million different scenarios to try to rationalize killing. Just like you have done in your post.
"Well there aren't enough people willing to adopt, so abortion is the answer."
"Well we shouldn't have babies just so they can be adopted, abortion is the answer."
I wonder if proabortioners ever really hear the idiocy of their own "arguments."
"Pro abortioners" don't want to force women to have unwanted children, don't want unwanted children to lead miserable lives, don't want to doom families to economic misery by having children they can't afford. I don't understand how that is idiocy? Forced birthers, on the other hand, just seem to be concerned about fetuses. Never mind if they are going to be born unwanted, never mind if they are going to be abused after they are born, never mind if they are going to be born into bad economic situations and never have a chance. THAT, I don't understand. Let women and families make their own decisions re. procreation/family planning and stay out of their business.

Did you know some adults cannot get their birth certificates because they were once adopted? That's a civil rights issue. It also proves an underlying problem that we as a society are viewing humans from adoption differently.
The other obvious reason why adoption has nothing to do with unintended pregnancies, is well - fetuses can't be adopted and women don't stay pregnant like the one you mentioned who miscarried.

You seem to be purposefully misunderstanding what I am saying. I can't be any more clear.
I'm guessing your problem seems to be with the proabortioners who USE adoption as a specific reason to kill babies. Go find a proabortioner and have this discussion.
So is the Bible a sick, sick book because it did not ban abortion, or treat it as murder, even when it happened against a pregnant woman's will?
