I would think there is sufficient historic precedent for any American, regardless of any other qualifiers, to refuse to deal with a Nazi, and to forcibly eject one from the premises of your business.
If your moral and ethical codes will allow you to overlook someone who is a proponent of genocide, you either are or have become one of them.
I'm not saying it should be overlooked. However others have similar reactions to requests for certain services that have as much validity as your reaction to a Nazi.
Because let's be honest any modern day Nazi has not committed genocide, well no more than any other American.
It's wayyyy past time for this bakery to counter-sue over the harassment and intimidation they are facing. Sadly, far too many in the LGBTQRTUV community are nothing more than bitter, intolerant bullies. Worse, idiotic lawyers have weaponized their bigotry.

Well, I don't own a bakery. But I am a liberal, and my reaction would be "I'm in the business of selling cakes, so sure, I'll sell you what you want". As long as your money's green, why on earth should I care?
It would be no weirder than those kitty litter box cakes that were so popular a few years back, and AFAIK, bakeries were perfectly happy to make those.

I don't own a bakery or any business, but there are certain things I wouldn't do to make a buck. I wouldn't cater a fund raiser for the National Right to Life Committee or Antifa. I wouldn't rent a venue to the Southern Poverty Law Center or the Aryan National Alliance. Too many other groups and people I wouldn't hire myself out to to mention them all.
Yes and replace black with white and the answer is same. Property rights a̶r̶e̶ should be absolute.
Do laws forcing relationships on people, change peoples minds about one another?
So let's say every landlord in a particular city refuses to rent to black people because none of them want to or like black people. Still okay, for people of one race to be denied leases in the entire city and have to live elsewhere?
This is why protections for race exist in the first place, other protected classes as well. To protect from arbitrary "I don't like you because reasons and it's my business so I can do what I want" people on a power trip, thinking that because they own a business they can truly freely discriminate.
Glad to see that about 90% of the people posting on this thread are against this kind of (imo) far left lunacy! As others have stated so well, it works both ways. If conservative bakers can be forced to bake cakes for extreme liberals, why shouldn't liberal bakers be forced to bake cakes for extreme conservatives?
Again, as long as a life is not at stake or involves an actual hate crime, businesses should have the right to choose, imo -- and isn't the "right to choose" a cornerstone of liberal (and moderate) thinking?
I don't understand the entire concept of FORCING businesses, and business owners to do anything they don't want to do. It is THEIR business! They should be able to refuse to do things just based upon their ownership rights.
So we would be a more free country, if we went back to the days when blacks and other minorities were legally discriminated against.
