Whether you like her or not. There should be an investigation and if true then ALL Americans regardless of Party affiliation should be up in arms. This is NOT what are nation stands for. We can enforce our borders legally and humanely

Isn’t that just the most galling thing? Says NO! to additional funding for these migrants, but still wants a “See how much I care?!” photo op out in front of the facility. Her incessant need for adoration and attention has literally caused most of this debacle.
So what happened? I heard AOC was complaining about a border detention center's lavatory during a tour of the facility and a border patrol agent dunked her head in the toilet and gave her a swirley. And that's how she accidentally drank toilet water.
Did anyone clear this up? Sounds like a peasant used to squatting over a hole in her backyard didn't know what a combined sink and toilet unit was. Here is a photo of one from a jail

I applaud AOC for going in and reporting on what she's seeing. I hope it gains some traction and these tools are disciplined.
I don’t know which CBP facility she was visiting, but at CBP holding facility where I work at the sink, drinking fountain, and toilet are built into one unit to save space.

Remember, a lot of these migrants are from rural parts of Central America and probably have never had running water let alone a toilet and a sink. I bet some of them probably did drink from the toilet bowl
