Nope, we will be talking about these fires more in the future as they become more common thanks to our heat-trapping carbon emissions.

Anyways, we all breathe in the air that has been cycled through the Amazon rain forest and the less forest there is, the less oxygen and more CO2 there will be in the air. That's just a reality.

Exactly what do you want Trump or anyone aside from Brazil to do about it? Invade Brazil? Oh wait, give millions of dollars in which 99% of it will disappear to corruption?

All those idiots will do is sit around and talk about it, more productive to watch paint dry.

Were you aware the production of your phone required heavy metals and toxic chemicals that are very bad for the environment? Did you at least know it required emmision spewing forms of transportation to get it to you?

Do you even care or is having a phone just more important?

You'll never know because Trump didn't go!

Ignorance is bliss to some.

Trump missed a G-7 meeting on plan to combat Amazon fires.
And you think a summit meeting in Brussels is crucial to fighting wildfires?
Wow.

The meeting was about the climate and Trump already opted out of that game. The US is not going to put on handcuffs and pretend that we are reversing climate change.

Hang on, I forgot my revolution kit at home..

No one said anything about overthrowing. Just talks between leaders. Bring an understanding that this is an issue that will affect every human bring on the planet.

That might be on another country on another continent, but its on the rock we all live on..

Do you not know that trees will grow back after the fire ? In most cases you get a better forest without all the dead underbrush. Kind of like the glaciers melting, the ice is useless but the water is fresh and can be utilized. But then Liberal Chicken Little wouldn't have anything to crow about.
