The reason they won't vote is so obvious it's easy to look past the real reason.
Democrats must win the black vote so they are always using the race card. The tactic is nothing new for Dems, ex, a politician in front of a group of African Americans and says "they'll put ya'll back in chains". They need the Jewish vote so they call Trump anti-Semitic even though he has Jewish family and friends. Then it was Russia, Russia, Russia, Impeach, Impeach, Impeach
One common theme... Instead of Dems offering a reason to vote for Democrats they got nothing so they must smear.

You let Hillary get away with Benghazi, Uranium One, rigging the primaries and deleting 30k emails that she was supposed to hand over to the state department.
She was grilled by congress for 11 hours over Benghazi. And there were at least 10 investigations on this. She had nothing to hide unlike the current White House who won't let anyone testify. This makes you wonder why.
I think it may have to do with not wanting to put Democratic representatives from red states in an uncomfortable position of having to go on record supporting impeachment investigation.
Yeah, besides protecting D reps in vulnerable districts from having to cast a vote, the above is another important reason.

Poor trump, always the victim. Makes a perfect phone call but doesn't want congress to learn more about his perfect phone call.
