This is a purely political calculation by the Democrats.
This is an impeachment inquiry. With the Trump administration refusing to co-operate only makes Trump look guilty. The longer he stalls and defies will only make our country distrust him more. Of course his die hard supporters will always stand by him. But there are many who took a chance on him. I think he has alienated them now. And he won by very slim margins in many states.

Are they doing anything illegal? Unconstitutional? No. Despite what the idiot WH lawyers say its perfectly legal.

I mean your complaint is comical coming from teh partyu that refused to vote on a supreme court justice for almost a year. Seriously. Why cry now?

I didn't say it was illegal.

I said they aren't fooling anyone, people can see how underhanded what they are doing is, and it's hurting their impeachment effort.

Funny, it's these very checks, and balances you talk about that give President Trump the right to not subject himself, and his administration to the democrat's harassment.

If the democrats want impeachment, they can go through the proper procedure.

Actual Impeachment probably needs a vote. But not investigations. Yeah, I know, you want to discredit it. But it won't work......because there is a there there and everyone knows it. You do too. You just don't want to hold a crook responsible for his actions.
So, it is not an impeachment anything! Just call it that to fool the idiots! Got it.
Carry on.

Congress has oversight, but calling it an impeachment inquiry is just for the media to fool the idiots with.

They are going through the proper procedure. Do you not think Pelosi knows more about government and our constitution then Trump. Inquiry first. There doesn’t need to be a house vote. Trump is just trying to stall. if the Trump administration doesn’t comply then they are obstructionists. And that leaves many wondering what he is trying to hide.

No it isn't!
It is standard oversight, that Pelosi has placed a false label upon to fool the idiots.
Article 1, Clause 5 is clear. It does not say, "Speaker of the House"
