I see no difference between being an anonymous whistleblower to a reporter, or an anonymous whistleblower to congress. They are both anonymous whistleblowers who have reported presidential misdeeds. Both are patriots.

“Federal documents reveal that the 33-year-old Ciaramella, a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House, previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of Trump who helped initiate the Russia “collusion” investigation of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.
“Further, Ciaramella (pronounced char-a-MEL-ah) left his National Security Council posting in the White House’s West Wing in mid-2017 amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. He has since returned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.
He was accused of working against Trump and leaking against Trump,” said a former NSC official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters.
Also, Ciaramella huddled for “guidance” with the staff of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, including former colleagues also held over from the Obama era whom Schiff’s office had recently recruited from the NSC. (Schiff is the lead prosecutor in the impeachment inquiry.)
And Ciaramella worked with a Democratic National Committee operative who dug up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, inviting her into the White House for meetings, former White House colleagues said. The operative, Alexandra Chalupa, a Ukrainian-American who supported Hillary Clinton, led an effort to link the Republican campaign to the Russian government. “He knows her. He had her in the White House,” said one former co-worker, who requested anonymity to discuss the sensitive matter.”
With ALL of schiff's hearing being held in secret, how do you know what is gong on in there?

They are not in secret. They are behind closed doors with both Republicans and Democrats tking part in the process. With the vote that was taken today, the House can now hear pubic hearings and can release transcripts of past hearings. So, no scret hearings no matter how bad you want it to be true

Why isn’t the media looking at THAT ??!?

I don't get what folks think they are going to get by smearing the whistle blower when witness after witness (not to mention Donald Trump and his boy Mulvaney) have been confirming what the whistle blower initially said. I don't think what they think is going to happen with the smear campaign is actually going to happen

As he is an LTC, he should know how to submit a whislteblower report, he had ZERO reasons to go to shiffs group to ask why or how......
Hell the lowest of the low (for those with micro aggression, E1 is the very beginning and thus the lowest you can ever be in the military) an E1 fully understands how to whistleblow.....

There will be a new basis for impeachment next week. when on does not work out they will just find another. They have created a new Washington reality. Every president from now on with an opposing party house, will be impeached. A President with an opposing party house and senate may well be convicted and removed. Then they will start on the vice president. It is a new circus.
one thing the democrats are forgetting, sooner or later there will likely be a democrat in the white-house. it may be a term or tow form now, but sooner or later. At some point during that democrat's term, the republicans will have control of the house.
You set a precedent, now it is your turn.
Then the republicans will take things a step further and later it will be their turn.
Our government just keeps getting more and more absurd and dysfunctional.
Somewhere during all their Russia-gate nonsense, the left seems to have convinced themselves that the president isn't allowed to investigate anything that may be criminal if it involves Democrats.
In fact, it seems they have convinced themselves that Trump may only be the subject of investigations and anything he does of his own initiative to sniff out illegalities and corruption in government is itself illegal and corrupt.
The case of Biden and Son is one of the most obvious pay for play operations in this nation's history.
Since Biden was stupid enough to brag about pressuring the Ukrainian government to fire the prosecutor investigating his family's golden goose, Burisma, and Russia-gate is believed to have originated in the Ukraine, no one should be surprised that Trump wants to restart the investigation that corrupt Biden used his office to force close and look into other matters as well.
