Unfortunately, the Congress and the US Supreme Court and other federal courts of jurisdiction hold very different views of the law from yours. Yours are equated to a tax evasion scheme...

You aren't taxed on labor. You are taxed on income...from whatever source derived...unless a specific exclusion has been written. By the way, federal judges are all "government-plants". Good luck in your future dealings with those...

Keep practicing. You'll need it when you come before the judge. The courts in general take a very dim view of the rhetoric and incoherent legal babblings of woefully misinformed tax protestors. On the bright side, maybe you'll get a cell right next to 80-year old Irwin Schiff, father of the American tax protest movement. He'll be remaining in federal prison until October of 2016...

*********** Highly unlikely., Sence i have allready been before the judge and prevaled in my case. Don't know what rhetroic and babblings Mr. Erwin Schiff used but if he is in jail till 2016 it would that he didn't have the material that i used because i am still here.

Okay, why not post a few of the specifics of your case. So far, you have claimed that labor is non-taxable, and I have pointed out that you are taxed not on labor, but on income earned from any non-excluded source, with labor being a non-excluded source. Hence you owe tax on income earned from labor. Your next move is what...

The space isn't large enough for you to explain why income earned from labor isn't taxable? You don't have much faith in the C-D servers, do you. Just as I don't have much faith so far in the idea that you know what you're talking about...
