That's hilarious given the absolute panic that gun loving right wingers demonstrate when they feel their gun rights might be taken from them.

Nah. Your state wants those babies. She can live where she and her children are wanted. And supported.

Leave it to Warren and AOC to propose a ridiculous, non-starter solution to a problem while trumpeting how they're fighting for people.

Lol. I love how they're putting it on Biden to investigate this too.

It's such a dodgy move.

The Democrats won't permit "drilling and extraction" of oil on Federal lands, but want to do it pregnant women who want an easy fix for a drunken Tinder date.

Where in history did the Federal government set up camps for the wholesale murder of a population???? hmmmmm

It would be a violation in the same way that private citizens putting a nativity scene in a public park would be a violation of the separation of church and state.

It's on public land

The right to keep and bear arms is in the Constitution.

Specifically stating that it shall not be infringed.

Abortion is NOT.

You want a constitutional right to abortion?

Fine.

Do it the right way and pass a constitutional amendment.

There is no separation of church and state. We have a freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion. Communities are free to set the standards for the display of religious symbols on public spaces.

Place Abortion Clinics on Federal Lands in Red States, AOC and Warren Urge

U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.) and U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.) made the remarks in separate appearances on Sunday morning shows, arguing that the federal government has the authority to permit abortions on federal lands. National parks and forests, military bases and courthouses are examples of federal lands.

“We have never left individual rights to the states,” Warren said on ABC’s This Week.

...
Ocasio-Cortez echoed Warren’s remarks.

“What we need to do is show the American people that when they give the Democratic Party power and when they actually do vote for us, that we will be using and we are willing to use the power that they do give us in order to merit increased expansions in our majority,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

Pro-choice legislators, she noted, are examining many ideas, including “asking President Biden to explore opening healthcare clinics on federal lands in red states in order to help people access the healthcare and abortion services that they need.”

The Hyde Amendment currently prohibits abortions from taking place on federal lands.
That is not what Hyde amendment says- it prohibits federal FUNDs to be used abortions. Not the same thing. Do you read the Hyde amendment and come up with that interpretation? Confused.
