The Hyde Amendment currently prohibits abortions from taking place on federal lands.

What's the difference? Are federal lands funded by an entity other than the federal government?
Poor women can't just take up and leave. They are the ones who are going to be affected the most by this. And these are just two democrats saying this. You really have no regard for women, do you.
Plenty of poor people that can’t by a $50K EV, plenty of poor people can’t afford $5-$6 gas plus retain other essentials in life. But they endure. So can a woman that seeks an abortion in other states.
It’s not as difficult as you portray it. These poor ladies aren’t having to wait for the next wagon train leaving Missouri to California.

Good luck finding any private company/enterprise willing to invest in the wholesale extermination of human life. I’m sure many stockholders will be clicking the sell tab in their brokerage accounts once the word is out.
It would be a violation in the same way that private citizens putting a nativity scene in a public park would be a violation of the separation of church and state.
It's on public land
I think you are wrong, we aren't talking about a religious statue, but rather a non descript building.

You claimed: "it's not as difficult as you portray it" but you didn't bother to tell us how a poor woman would make her way from Missouri to California
I'm sure they'll find a way around the law. They're Democrats, it's what they do - ignore and circumvent the laws they don't agree with. They have no respect for our institutions, the rule of law, or anyone who disagrees with them.
We'll find a way around this SCT opinion. You can be sure about that.

She won't have to make yer way from Missouri to California. Illinois is right there.
I hope the result of this ruling is that adults become responsible for a change and practice birth control instead of relying on the habit (which they're calling a "right") of using abortion as birth control. What kind of moral decay have we put up with to get to that point.
Abortion should be rare, stated Bill Clinton. I agree.

This is the same strawman argument made in the case of Voter ID laws that the poor will be put into a hardship of purchasing a $10-$20 state issue ID.
Technically the distance from any state at furthest is several hundred miles (the extreme southeast), most other locales are much closer.
“Poor” these days is somebody living in government housing with a 55” TV, iPhones. Etc.
Amazing how Dems are so concerned about the poor when their controlled cities have a tent pitched at every head turn.
