Have you seen his rap sheet?

All I see is a media report of 13 prior arrests, most, if not all ,occurred while he was a minor.

Being arrested does not necessarily mean being charged.

Was there sufficient evidence to charge him?

Was he convicted?

Sentenced?

He was previously questioned about a 2020 murder. Upon being arrested for the french fry shooting, Police had another opportunity to question him about the 2020 murder and reportedly he implicated himself.

Homicide in NYC is half of what it was in Rudy’s final year.

What has changed is social media and the 24/7 news cycle that makes more people aware of crime.

So, almost doubling the homicides in the last 5 years isn't troubling ? As of June, NYC has had 189 homicides, which is down from the same time last year, everything else is up though.
Why do so many people try to deflect that crime is on the rise across the major cities in our country ? Why not agree, and work together to vote people in to curtail it ?

A total of 189 murders have been tallied in New York City as of Sunday, the latest date of available data. That’s down more than 13% from 218 on the same date a year ago, but rapes, robberies and felony assaults are all up: 15.4%. 39.7% and 19.6%, respectively.

The apple did not fall far from the tree.

Mama faced timed her son to engage him in the french fry dispute.

The 20 year old and his girl friend quickly arrived at the Mc Donald’s to further the engagement.

Somehow, for some reason, he, the GF and the employee leave the store. The GF hands over a gun and the 20 year old choose to shoot the employee.

If only someone behind the counter had chosen to just replace the damn fries.

Would love to see the in store video.

I mean, it is great that we are lower than the bad ol'days, but the upswing trend should still be alarming.

Social media may make us more 'aware' but it makes it no less important to crack down on crime whenever and wherever it is.
Even though the numbers are lower, it is the places these things are happening that has shifted.

When it happens in the ghettos nobody cares.

Numbers being lower mean little when they shifted into normally "safer" areas. For those neighborhoods I bet the numbers Are higher, much higher, even if overall nationally, it is lower.

Where was the manager during this protracted exchange?

Reportedly, the crew was laughing at the woman. She decides to FaceTime her son.

According to mama, the employee changed clothes and went outside to continue the debate.

Sounds like mama is trying to make a case for self defense. Never mind her son chose to run after shooting.

Imagine there is an in store video of the protracted incident.

How many times have we seen criminals get caught by the Police and the scene turns ugly when the Punk fights back instead of accepting that he finally got caught for his crimes?

Shooting someone over Fries. How stupid and ignorant is that? Values, Morals and Respect for Life is gone.
Gone?

Most of the 330 million people in the US would not get into a heated debate over cold fries.

McDonalds serves 70 million customers each day. Presumably, a percentage of them receive cold fries or pickles when they specifically asked for no pickles.

Most people would not choose to face time a third party, let alone a son with known violent tendencies.

Most McDonalds would have simply replaced the cold fries and apologized and avoided escalation.

What has changed is social media and the 24/7 news cycle that creates a perception that values, morals and respect for life is gone.

How many is “ a lot of these women”? Who are “ these” women you refer to?

What evidence do you have that “ a lot of women” put their son’s in harm’s way for a payday?
