If you want to compare - it would be as if the aforementioned fertility doctor worked at a fertility group that advertised that they provide inseminations for homosexuals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Different situation. He did not knowingly go to work for a clinic that specifically provided those services.

Blood soaked gauze and fetal remains do not belong in the garbage no matter what, they should be shut down just on improper disposal.
