I hate malls and department stores, and money is not the reason. Last time I was dragged to the mall, I realized that besides a few anchor stores, they are nothing but cheap shoe stores, and crappy jewelry stores. with maybe a book store, and a few food places like Cinnibuns and some kiosks selling sunglasses.
Of course that has been 5 or 6 years since I've been. Has anything changed?
I still would because I do not want to become one of those stuck up limousine liberal millionaire snobs who look down on people who shop at Wal-Mart and Target.
I'm sure there are plenty of penny pinching billionaires that share your current sentiment and still shop at cheap places where they can find the best deal.
it's because poor people are idiots. playing the lottery when you are poor is idiotic to begin with. if they put that $50 a month into a mutual fund, then they would be able to create some wealth. they run into problems unforseen by only them. when you buy a million dollar home, your property taxes are going to be brutal.
"Money is not for poor people"....still sad, though.
Im mystified as to why the OP only resents "limousine liberal millionaire snobs" and not limousine reactionary millionaire snobs.
And why shouldn't YOU.If FAUX is good enough for you,you are easily pleased
Typical simple minded liberal Hint: you are way off. My tastes tend to be wordly & eccentric.
As for Fox news, do you pretend that everything is "fake" simply because you do not agree with it? I know this is the teaching of The Secret, to delude one's self... but come on - open your eyes man.

I would still buy a lot of cheaper things. Clothes at JCPenny and Champs, maybe some more stuff at Dicks. I would just buy much, much more of it.
This would be after I buy my Aston Martin, of course.
I don't believe you, but why wouldn't step foot in a wal mart? I don't shop at wal mart, but if they had something I wanted, I would buy it.
my guess is that any liberal that won that much money in the lottery would instantly become a fiscal conservative after they saw how much is taken in taxes.
What don't you believe? I guess if Walmart had some type of "deal" on an item I needed I would probably go and buy it. But I haven't been in a Walmart in 10 years. In Minnesota there has been a line drawn in the sand. Most of the people that I know shop at one or the other. It's probably because Target is a Minnesota company. My family has a winter home in Texas. There is a Walmart 1 mile away from the house. My mother will bypass the Walmart and drive 12 miles to the nearest Target. It's drives my dad nuts. But she also refuses to step foot in a Walmart.
Anyway, expalin your last sentence? Is it referring to me? Because I am a fiscal conservative. Making fiscal decisions that are prudent and make sense....getting the most for our tax dollar while providing necessary services without waste. Being a fiscal conservative doesn't mean saying no to anything and everything. We do have a country to run.

This just shows brainless selfishness and greed... the key motivators of most "conservatives".
If I had that much money, I would want to be seen shopping at the expensive places and not be in the same queue as the poor, average citizens.
