Why No One Believes Obama | Newsweek George F. Will | Newsweek.com

Quote:
He says America's health-care system is going to wrack and ruin and requires root-and-branch reform—but that if you like your health care (as a large majority of Americans do), nothing will change for you. He used to say, "If you like your health-care plan, you'll be able to keep your health-care plan, period." He had to stop saying that because various disinterested analysts agree that his plan will give many employers incentives to stop providing coverage for employees.

He deplores "scare tactics" but says that unless he gets his way, people will die. He praises temperate discourse but says many of his opponents are liars.
I've been saying this for a while. He is way, way overexposed. No one watches his "events" anymore, no one believes his same, tired old rhetoric that has been debunked over and over again.

Great analysis by G. Will.

It's a little silly to say the POTUS is "overexposead".

I cannot stomach listening to this narcissist. One day he is talking like a professional white man, the next day he is talking all black and the next he is talking like his Reverand Wright. This con man uses a different voice/ speaking manner depending who is is addressing.

You would think that alone would perk up anyone's ears no matter what their politics.

You must watch. You comment on all of his events.

You counter all of his events with neocon talking points.

You imagine him on every channel.....

Saw that article. Thought it was interesting.

Couldn't imagine how people still believe him after all he promised during the campaign, the stimulus package, or now healthcare.
