Basically it might some down to having only federal income atx payers vote for presdient since anywhere from 47-50% pay no income atx. 69% get more entitlements than they pay for.People need some ski in the game if we are going to get responsible government. That si one thing that Obama deficit are going to do in years to come;force cutting spending thru entitlements.
