Mean while, my wife, who has MRI and X-Rays to proove her spinal condition, took two years before she could get on disability while the neighbor got her disability within months. One deserves it and one is ripping off the government/taxpayers.
Interesting that so many assume I have not reported these people. I don't expect anything to be done because DHS has to justify the funds they receive each year.
If you don't want to do the work and you say you "know" someone is acting in a criminal way, you are complicit in that crime.

the workers and their bosses and their bosses bosses already know and have known for a long time. its the emporers new clothes in spades.
its-- dont look dont tell. do you know what the rejection rate of the DA fraud referral is in the county??? the one workers are required to make, mandated referrals? 100%!!!!. as you move up the food chain in the system from case worker to social worker to social worker supervisor to manager, it gets much much worse.
No, the POINT is that so many really nasty people seem to enjoy picking on those they feel are beneath them....threads are ten to one against the poorest who cheat ...and the wealthiest who cheat are left alone ...That is just stupid...the money that goes to poor cheats is a drop in the bucket compared to the taxes that go to the Wealthy crooks who don't need it at all....but it's just more of the American tradition of worshipping and fearing the Wealthy by the ignorant...they HAVE won.
You have a good point. The difference maybe being how hard the wealthy cheaters work to cheat? LOL!
I only know of two people on welfare, and both are frauds. I have reported them numerous times over the past 3 years I've known them, and nothing has happened.
One is working under the table for cash ($15-25 an hour as a sous chef) and the other lives with her rather wealthy parents who provide everything for her (including shelter/food/a car/etc.) but she claims zero income and gets benefits.
