If people are stupid enough to pay her, she should go for it. I doubt she has any unique insight, but by virtue of her name, she could probably get a fair bit of cash.
It's not that "people" would pay, but organizations. For example, the host of a TV show, radio show, a school district, a magazine, newspaper, etc. Oprah had her in her show a month or two ago, and I imagine that she got paid for being there.
What was of interest to my teens was of interest to me and often vise verse. Maybe that's why they didn't end up pregnant?
Are still a teenager? I know...you aren't But think about this: because of the generation gap between parents and their children, both seldom see things in life the same way. However, children understand each other a lot better than parents and their kids. As it's often the case, children even rebel against their parents.
Teenagers often are guest speakers at schools where the audience is comprised of kids.
Also she deserves every penny she earns BECAUSE she is helping others to do the opposite of what she did.
Instead of putting her down, why don't you ask yourself why you hate her so much.

She deserves NOTHING for willingly participating in sex with her boyfriend.
Her child consequently came into this world unwanted because mother dearest wouldn't let her have an abortion. Great start for a child.
Sarah Palin is a failure as a mother and SHE deserves total scorn for allowing the boyfriend to stay at their house and engage in sex with her underage daughter.

HOW do you know that Bristol will actually "help" anyone?
What IF the REAL message she gets out to other girls is "get yourself knocked up and maybe someone will be willing to pay you big bucks to go around and lecture others" . . . ???
And if you think that some folks expressing their strong opinions about this topic is automatically equitable to "hate" of this girl, YOU need to ask yourself why you have automatically made that judgment.
You sound jealous, that she is making $30,000 for a couple hours of her time and nothing else.
I personally don't need a lecture about teen pregnancy, but there are millions that do, since their parents are not doing the job.
And there's other REPUBLICAN emotion...jealousy...they only have the two, hate and jealousy so they project onto anyone who disagrees with them...but it is kinda sad that they only have two emotions and they are always so close to the surface...
