Going a little off topic, is Kidd complaining again of wanting to be traded? I know the Nets have been struggling lately.
While many of the sports reports are saying he is not asking to be traded to a contender (why would they report that if he wasn't actually asking) his recent statements are pretty clear. The buzz is he may be going back to Dallas. The Net's are stinking the building up, lost 9 in a row. Thankfully I'm a Celtics fan, so all is good in my world when it comes to basketball.

Damn, you are right. I just read the story on Kidd wanting to be traded. I am a Nets fan and this deeply saddens me. So I guess the trade rumors from earlier in the season were true.
You're doing OK w/ the Celtics. But aren't they "struggling" lately? The Nets should've traded for Kevin Garnett last off season.
Ever since Eli (or should I say Archie), Manning told the Chargers not to draft him because he wouldn't sign with them, I have lost all respect for the Eli and daddy.

Yeah, somewhat considering that Eli is not nowhere as good as Peyton. (yeah, how ironic though, how he actually gets to go to the SuperBowl this year instead of his brother). It is always better to be humble and excel.
A Manning (Eli) vs. Rivers Super Bowl this year would have put a lot to rest. When the Colt's lost I became a Chargers fan. I would have liked to seen the two underdogs in the game.

Same here, I was pulling like crazy for the injured Chargers to overcome odds and beat the Patriots. They came kind of close - at least beat the point spread. : \
I am certain that Eli is losing sleep over your opinion.
They are professional football players. They are all over indulged. Many cry for more money, playing time etc... They do not live in reality.
So what....its sports, get over it.

It was fun several weeks ago watching the games with a Giants fan. He was giving me crap about the Pats, and I just came back with "wahhh....I want to be in a bigger market, so I'll cry until I get traded to the Giants".
I have NO respect for him, at all. Who in the world is HE to think that he's "all that" and has some right to be in a particular market? Even though I don't like the Chargers (for personal reasons), I have to chuckle every time I think about that draft. Showing Eli that he strictly was a commodity. Kudos to them. Draft him, and have the upper hand for trading purposes. Right on!
I have no tolerance for anyone who feels like things are OWED to them because of their pedigree. The little whining QB of the Giants is no exception.
