RIP Bobby Mitchell

Thanks for everything. No doubt it was a hard road.

A freaking running back? Really?

No offense to Antonio Gibson, but.. What the hell? They get him to be a returner? Try to protect Trey Quinn?

He's a swiss army knife player. He ain't just a running back. He's just as dangerous at wide receiver. He's a poor man's Christian McCaffery.

I can see the idea there.. They're light at WR. But this guy doesn't seem to have played a whole lot.. Doesn't Memphis have a pretty pass-heavy offense?

Not saying it's bad.. I just.. I don't see it. Of course... I'm probably influenced a bit by the fact that I was hoping a trade would happen where they'd wind up with Isaiah Simmons and perhaps grab him and a second round pick.. Defense, I think, had a real need for that player that could line up at multiple positions.

I'm just glad Simmons went to the Cardinals.. So we don't have to face him twice a year. I was concerned the Giants were going to take him.

Oh.. I should mention.. The pick that they made that I'm most excited about.. Wasn't even a pick.

Thaddeus Moss.. That kid made several astounding catches at LSU last year and.. Pending on health.. That's the big concern.. Could be a very good replacement for Jordan Reed.

Got three great Buckeyes going to be starting for the team. Plus great rookies from other places. Going to be a great season if they get to play football this year.

Pro Football Talk has been reporting that there will be some VERY horrible news coming out of the Washington football team very shortly.

Wow. Is the new nickname going to be that bad or is Snyder moving the team?

Supposedly the new name has nothing to do with this "news".

Smells like some form of sexual harassment / racist type situation.

Larry Michael, Richard Mann and Alex Santos all 'retired' or were fired since Sunday..

Lawyer hired to review procedures..

We've known there were problems since Snyder has owned the team.. We just haven't known exactly what they are or how deep they go. Do the problems reach up to him? If so.. Oh, my.. Could the NFL force him to sell? Oh.. A smile is forming on my face for the first time in a long time.
