My mistake. I jumped the gun a tad, but don't mind admitting the error.

No worries... I've been an Atlanta fan for 30+ years (since Bartkowski and Andrews) and been a Seahawks fan since I moved to Seattle 2 years ago.

Incidentally I can see why nobody wants to come here in the playoffs... this place is LOUD.

I'm not getting overly excited about Wilson just yet... IMHO he's too small to be an NFL starter. With the exception of the last few games he's been carried by the defense.

He's got a lot of potential but could also be another Mark Sanchez.

I'm not sure how that stadium would rate against the Kingdome but I know how loud that place got! I went to a Bronco/Seahawk game in 1991 and the place was deafening. At that time these two clubs had the loudest stadiums going. The one thing I remember was the monument to the fans--"The Twelfth Man". During the mid 80's to early 90's the Seahawks were always challenging for the AFC West division and had heated rivalries with particularly the Broncos and the Raiders.

My first game here was 10/2/11 when Atlanta came to town... I was seated on the visitors side near the tunnel and could reach out and touch the Falcons players. I got Decoud's autograph as well. (Falcons SS #28) Atlanta was up 27-7 at the half and won 30-28 but not before letting Seattle back into the game.

I went home with a headache. Lesson learned though... I now bring earplugs.

Nah. I don't think he'll be another Sanchez. I don't think Wilson is going to be *elite* either, but i think he'll be around for awhile.

Wilson is already elite, he does things vetrans wish they could do, and he is only going to get better.
