How many interceptions will "The Mistake" throw? I have 2 picks (over/under). I can't wait to see the Dirty Birds tomorrow;to see if the defense is legit.

I think if the Falcons stay healthy they will win 11 or 12 games this year. The team is rock solid.

I'm with you there. Our offensive starters are better than most starters in the NFC (hope that didn't sound arrogant) and that's really the key this year; Ryan, Turner, White, Gonzalez, Norwood, O Line, etc need to stay healthy if we're going to represent.

The Dirty Birds beat the paper Panthers 28-20 for an important week 2 win. Jake came through when we needed him .

What about Brady? He hasn't looked himself yet but can our D contain Moss a little? New England doesn't have the run game like Carolina so that's a plus.

Falcons lose rookie DT Jerry for rest of season. Never good to lose a starter but I hope the replacement can be solid.

New England 26- Atlanta 10. I kind of expected New England to put up points and I thought Atlanta would too. I didn't watch the whole game (went to eat at an Eagles household) but what I did watch wasn't impressive. I'm not going to go all doom and gloom, but, the offense was awful (conservative play calling) and non aggressive considering the weapons on this team. I think it's safe to say that NO, Dallas, and Buffalo will light our pathetic defense up. This is the NFL, if Smith decides not to utilize his weapons (Gonzo, White, and Turner should've done better), he will lose easily. I hope they prepare well for San Fran in 2 weeks.

Well we had 2 starters out, Jerry and Norwood and hell we were at New Englands home I thought we would have done better also but I can understand the loss. Turner has got to get back in this game, I'm not sure whats up but he's not getting the yards he got last year. I hate the bye is this week thats just too damn early for it.

I heard on the radio that Tony Gonzalez was only in the game for 7 snaps. You are right about Norwood, he hits his stride quicker than Turner. The Falcon's t.o.p. was only 20:11 but you have to look at Smith and the coordinators for that. I could attempt to break down the box score but I'll just say that it was an ugly all around.
