Each week the media is announcing the "best" team in football, a couple weeks ago it was the Ravens, then Steelers, then Giants, now the Falcons. I'm not buying it. This is a good team, but I'd put the Pats, Eagles and a few other teams above them.
They don't show a lot of Falcons Football where I live so yesterday was my first opportunity to watch them play. I hate to admit it but I still could not name more than two players on the Falcon's roster if you put a gun to my head, but I guess that's part of their allure. They're a genuine, balanced, well-ordered exhibition of gridiron efficiency. Outstanding! I hope to see more of them.
