No precipitation of any kind in the 7 day forecast but the high temps won't make it out of the 30s all week!

It's going to be a long drive north from Florida tomorrow. Goodbye, 70-degree temps. Hello frigid North Carolina.

Today's random thoughts are; its not unique to the Triangle but with
most of the country today......."cold" Sure its not as cold as Bismarck North Dakota
this morning or Chicago, Ill.. but anything under 20 degrees is sure cold in North Carolina!

Second random thought is "Happy New Year" to all in the Triangle and beyond, such places as
Center Point, PA and Circle, Alaska, and Times Square, New York, and Triangle, Virginia, well you get
the shape of my thinking.....so a Happy and Prosperous 2018 to all within the confines of the triangle and
those all on the outside of the triangle looking in !!!

I'd be much happier with 2 hour early release. Maybe some clouds will form and they'll panic.
