Gotta love people on the Internet, but hey, whatever you need to post to feel better about yourself, go for it, I guess.

Easy solution: Change providers. Well, that's easy for ohone and cable (DirectTv has been excellent for us) Unfortunately, for most people in the Triangle, TWC is essentially the only game in town. For now.

And, in all fairness, I have zero complaints about their internet service. The cable/DVR sucked and the telephone service was overpriced. DirectTV and Ooma solved our problems.

We have everything for our home business bundled together with TWC. We are in the process of getting away from them. Just taking some time. We have had to replace our cable boxes three times, they didn't show up twice for appts, messed up our autopay after 16 months using it, countless time on the phone to solve issues and then they hiked our bill up $40. We have lots of patience usually but we have come to the end of our rope with TWC.
