Anyone have any good, quick to make low sodium soups? (no canned broths, boullion, dry mixes or salty ingredients)
trick is great veggies/meat/bones/seasonings and just plain old water and simmer for hours and let sit a day. I hate using canned/boxed broth unless in a pinch.
