The images we present of ourselves tend to be a reflection of what we think of ourselves. In a case such as you describe, I think that would be especially true, and the opinion would be mutual.
Another thread from a guy looking to validate his perverted actions. What is next, asking "ladies only" if they like unwanted, rough, sex?

What, a handful of guys out of 6 billion people is hardly a universal phenomenon.

Nope. While every man would love to receive a beaver shot on his phone, even if from a random girl, this is not why guys do it. It is not about Do unto others as you'd want done to you. To keep this short (pun intended if you like), imagine this: take all the fuss, attention, and belief that women place onto their hair, make-up, clothes, boobs, hips, body, etc. and place all of that energy onto a penis. That is what men do. They put every emphasis of their being onto their wang...whether they admit to it or not. So, what does that mean? Simply put, a man believes that if a woman sees his wanker then she will want to touch it.
Guys do not send penis shots as a joke. They do not send them to brag. They send them with the hope that at least one woman will say Yes, I want that!

Translation: you select women who are the type to be into this sort of thing.

Not sure if this "bible" was supposed to be funny or not, but this rule exemplifies my comment above: you seek out the type of women who would be into this sort of thing.

Pathetic, sleezy, desperate and not at all sexy.... in fact the absolute reverse.
If someone did this even after I'd had sex with them a few times it would be the last they heard from me.
I might have been very interested in them sexually, but this would kill that stone dead.
What they said. It's kinda trashy and low class, I can't even imagine people who are not in a long term relationship/marriage doing this. I might like this from my husband or someone who I was with for years in a relationship, but that is still questionable.
Now I love a good "weiner" lol, but I'd rather have it in person
I may be in the minority but I really do like that part of the male anatomy...everything about it. I'm totally fascinated by it actually.
BUT..I don't want a picture of it. That is really tacky. If I'm not seeing it in person, there is no reason for me to see it at all.
That is something I don’t understand when women go “eeeeew a penis” or find it totally disgusting. I would understand it if they were lesbians. But then again liking a penis does not mean they want to get those pictures on their email or phone.
I like a vagina of course but, just like you, getting a picture of some random girl of her vagina to my phone or email would be just like “eeeh?”. No thanks. I also find it tacky. As tacky as women who make it so obvious that they want to show cleavage or some other part of their body.
Ugh. Guys used to send me those shots years ago (12 - 15 years ago) when I was on legitimate matchmaking site. I used to wonder if that ever worked for them and more to the point, what the heck were they thinking!?!?
Guys text pics of the weiner because everyone knows the camera adds 2 inches.
