I thought the OP asked if it was hard to tell a woman she doesn't know she's beautiful.

That's slightly different from just saying,"You're beautiful" to someone.

It implies all kinds of things about her personality.

I can relate, I am a guy with green eyes that are of nice shape.

I've been hearing that my eyes are beautiful all my life. People who tell me that aren't special.
