I have to agree with this. Most guys, or at least adult guys, when they hook up with a new woman are going to try to please her. It is how they get repeats. It doesn't always work out, but I think it is more the norm than not. That probably doesn't apply to 20something kids as much, but whatever.
As I'm sure everybody knows I've posted a few threads about being a older virgin. I've noticed in the search function that there are some others who have posted threads about being virgins as adults as well, this is well into the past of course. One thing I've noticed is that there is always some people, not everyone, who suggests getting an escort. I've always been surprised by this advice since I always figured men who paid for sex disgusted women. So I guess I'd ask all you women out there, would you rather date a guy who has used escorts than an adult virgin? I know you'll probably say you would date neither. In a perfect world neither would exist but in general do you find virgins weirder or more unappealing than a man who uses escorts?
I don't know any adult virgins.. all the ones that claim to be IRL look like they have slept with escorts (even though they deny it, sure).
If I had to choose, I'd choose the adult male virgin: shows he knows what he wants and is true to himself. If he chooses to remain asexual until he meets the right woman he wants to marry, I Respect a person like him even more.

Personally I think using escorts is a big waste of money but there are some real social introverts who cannot or will not make the changes in himself to attract a partner.

Unfortunately it isn't rhetorical. I missed out on all this when I was young so unfortunately I'm in the position of being weird either way. The lesser of all evils is the choice unfortunately.

You have to get this out of your head. If you are in a relationship with a worthwhile woman, she is not going to care about how many holes you plugged in your lifetime up to this point. If she does find out you are the dreaded "V" monster, hopefully she would be thankful that you are least likely to give her any STDs. If you talk to her like a human being, act like a human being. Leave room for some quirks, and y'all enjoy each other's company, then she'd be unreasonable to just walk out on you just because you are a virgin. That would say more about her than you.
I was an "older virgin" myself. I didn't get laid until age 28. But I had my reasons.

I think you'd be surprised that there's a lot of attractive guys who have alot in their lives going for htem and guys who you would think wouldn't "have to" pay for sex who do?

Well this, not everyone pays for sex because that is the only way they can get it. Some guys are busy and don't have the time for a steady girlfriend. Other guys just enjoy the experience of paying for sex.
This topic has been comming up a lot lately but unless you can only get sex by paying most guys who pay for sex pay because the experience is all about them and their pleasure, not about someone else. Kinda like how ladies like being pampered at the spa, guys like being pampered in the bedroom. In a relationship if I want a massage I probably gotta give you a massage, if I want oral I probably gotta give it to. When you pay for sex your contribution is the money, not recipricating whatever is done for you.
Also like Charlie Sheen has famously said many times he doesn't pay for sex he pays for hte women to leave. He doesn't have to cuddle with her afterwords, he doesn't have to chat, he gets off and she goes. Thats what he's paying for

The question was more about initiative. A guy who pays for sex is taking the initiative to get sex, whereas a virgin is still going out there, asking women out, getting rejected, basically doing it the hard way, and perhaps getting demoralized. The man who pays for sex is not only getting experience but doesn't get demoralized from rejection. I was wondering if because of this he would be more attractive to women.

Is he? It's hard for me to imagine that a guy who is still a virgin later in life has done a ton of asking women out. If he has, he apparently hasn't gotten better at it with practice over the years.
