If you were really a friend, that would be the first thing out of your mouth. There's another thread where someone asked if people could friends with exes who say hurtful things. Would people stop abusing the word "friend" please?
I don't know how that question could be answered. "We're boyfriend and girlfriend"? But surely there was a sweeter way to respond, like your brain was going, " Uhhh ... what's a good way to say 'a chick I'm *******'?" You don't have to lie, but don't be unkind.
Only mature adults should enter any FWB, immature children don't understand that whenever two people get involved in a physical relationship, that it's inevitable that one will develop feelings. If you can accept that fact, and can be gracious/empathetic to that person, instead of being cruel, then you may be a candidate to start one. IMO, the idea of FWB will be acceptable to many who, deep down wish for much more. Many will feel that over time, they can win over the other's feelings, and hopefully develop much more than being just FB's.
OP will find out all of the above, when he develops feelings for a woman, and she just wanted him for his C. lol
And honestly, what are you doing sleeping with a woman who does not understand that the two of you are only casual. Your supposed to discuss that before sex.
